House Rules
A few simple rules keep Maison Almaz the kind of place it is. By entering the premises, guests are deemed to have understood and agreed to the following.
Dress code
- Smart casual attire is required at all times.
- T-shirts, flip-flops, sportswear and overly revealing clothing are not permitted.
- The one exception: on Pyjama Night (every other Sunday from 6 PM), pyjamas are welcome.
Outside food & beverages
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Birthday cake corkage fee: IDR 250,000++ (please tell us in advance so we can keep it cool and bring it out at the right moment).
- Alcohol corkage fee: IDR 450,000++ per bottle.
Reservations
- A 15-minute grace period applies to all reservations; after that, the table may be released.
- Seating preferences and special requests are subject to availability.
- Minimum spending requirements may apply to certain tables, areas or events; we confirm this with you when you book.
Guest conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful, courteous and appropriate behaviour at all times.
- Maison Almaz reserves the right to refuse service or entry at management’s discretion.
Responsible alcohol service
- To keep a refined and comfortable atmosphere, we practise responsible alcohol service.
- Management may decline further alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or unable to maintain appropriate conduct.
- Guests displaying disruptive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will be courteously reminded by our team; should it continue, we may ask the guest to conclude their visit.
- For everyone’s safety, our team can help arrange transportation for guests who should not travel independently.
- All outstanding charges must be settled.
Children & pets
- Children are welcome and must remain under adult supervision at all times.
- Pets are welcome in designated areas only, must remain leashed, and are entirely the responsibility of their owners.
Smoking
- Cigarette smoking is permitted outdoors only, in the designated smoking areas. The indoor dining room is non-smoking.
- Shisha is served in the lounge to guests aged 18 and over.
Liability & payment
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
- All payments must be fully settled before departure. Prices are in IDR and subject to 7% service charge and 10% government tax (“++”).
