Maison Almaz will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Canggu from 25 October 2026, with the kitchen and the full bar. A place that feels like home, day and night.
We have some big news: Maison Almaz is going 24/7. Very soon, our doors will stay open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Update, 13 September: the date is set. From Saturday 25 October 2026, Maison Almaz is open around the clock, with the kitchen and the full bar running day and night. A dedicated night menu will be announced before the launch. Until then, our hours stay Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
Why day and night
We made this decision for a simple reason. We looked around and realised there was nowhere you could truly go both day and night, a single place open at any hour that still feels like somewhere you belong.
That is what Maison Almaz has always been about. Almaz means diamond, and from the start we wanted this to be more than a restaurant, a place you could genuinely call the house, where you feel completely at home whatever the hour.
A morning coffee, a long lunch, an afternoon that drifts into dinner, cocktails and a late night that runs into the next morning, all under one roof, at your own pace. Because a home does not close, and neither should the feeling of being welcome.
So, day and night, we will be here for you. See you from 25 October, around the clock.
